President

Mr. Blehm is the Founder & President of The Allay Group and is very active in the day to day operations of the business. He has been in the insurance and disaster businesses collectively since 1998. Throughout his professional career, Mr. Blehm has served in multiple positions such as a high-risk insurance broker, commercial account executive, claim reviewer, field staff adjuster, water restoration technician, senior estimator and senior project manager.

Mr. Blehm holds multiple certifications from IICRC and is an award-winning claims adjuster for handling large losses, and accuracy & consistency. He also maintains Independent Adjuster licenses in both Idaho and Oregon.

With Mr. Blehm’s diverse background he serves as A Claim Contractor Liaison℠ to insurance companies, property management companies, business owners and homeowners alike when disaster strikes.
